Introducing Crystal Ricks Colohan, She diversifies over two decades of experience in non-profit leadership, education in Virginia Beach Schools, and in being a champion for community engagement, commercial and economic growth for our local region. Crystal earned her bachelor's degree from Longwood University, an endorsement from University of Virginia, and a master's degree from Virginia Tech. She is a 2023 graduate of the Vann F. Lefcoe Leadership Development Program and recently completing the Bridge Church School of Ministry's, Business as Ministry School.
A life long resident of Virginia Beach, she remains actively involved in the community as a Board Member for the Virginia Beach Library Foundation and enjoys singing with her church's worship team's choir. She enjoys spending time with her husband Matthew of 17 years, her twin teens, paddle boarding , watching backyard birds, & snuggling with her various furry, feathered, & scaled pets.
